*If you are registering for Juvenile please understand that your name will be put on a waiting list for the Midget/Juvenile House League.
All Midget age players will be given a spot in Midget/Juvenile House League first as PPMH may need to "cap" Midget/Juvenile House League this upcoming season.
There is a possibility of a Juvenile Rep team this upcoming season, thus continue to register,
and someone will contact you in regards to Juvenile hockey for the 2010-11 season

* Family rate; fourth member or more of same family-no charge of lowest fee.

* Above fees are base house league fees. Rep boys teams require additional rep fees upon team selection.
* All players must be registered online and paid in full before any on-ice participation.
* New members to PPMH must submit a photocopy of players birth certificate. New members that have registered and played for any other hockey organization must also complete a residential questionnaire. Contact us to make arrangements.

 Port Perry Minor Hockey Refund Policy:
Refunds will be administered, as per the schedule below:

•  Before start of season (third Saturday in September)-  full refund
• By October 31st-  90% of registration fee
• By November 30th-  75% of registration fee
• After November 30th-  no refunds

All refunds must be requested in writing (placed in the PPMH mailbox located beside the bulletin board in Pad 1) or via email (registrar@portperryminorhockey.ca).
 Please allow four to six weeks for the processing and administration of all refunds.  All refunds are subject to a $40.00 administration charge.
 Please note that any fees paid specifically for rep hockey or to a rep hockey team are not refundable.

*All NSF cheques will incur a $25 fee*
