IN-PERSON REGISTRATION

In-person registration is being held for the 2010-2011 season on the following dates:

Thursday August 5th @ 6:30-8:30pm at the Scugog Memorial Library
- Kent Farndale meeting room
Wednesday August 11th @ 6:00-8:00pm at the Scugog Memorial Arena
- in lobby outside of meeting rooms

If you are registering for Juvenile please understand that your name will be put on a waiting list for the Midget/Juvenile House League.
All Midget age players will be given a spot in Midget/Juvenile House League first as PPMH may need to "cap" Midget/Juvenile House League this upcoming season.
There is a possibility of a Juvenile Rep team this upcoming season, thus continue to register,
and someone will contact you in regards to Juvenile hockey for the 2010-11 season

Mouthguard Clinic

This year the clinic will be held at the Port Perry Dental Centre, 238 Queen Street, Port Perry on
Friday August 13th 8:30am – 3:00pm.

They have a new policy this year!  Only those people showing proof of registration for PPMH 2010-2011 will be eligible for a FREE mouthguard. 
The price for anyone else is $35.00 for mixed dentition and $60.00 for adult dentition.
